What's your past work experience?
Over 10 years experience in hospitality, the last 4 of which have been in management roles. After moving to Melbourne, I decided to branch out in to sales by working for a face to face marketing company. I'm Excited by the opportunity to be part of a people-focused, high-energy team, where I can continue learning, challenging myself, and grow in to a career in recruitment.

I'm a very social, outgoing and positive person. Outside of work I love to travel, explore new places and spend time with friends and family. One of my hidden talents would be that I am weirdly good at organising trips. I plan meticulous itineraries and take charge of bookings and love watching everything come together.
What's the best piece of advice you've ever been given?
Believe it until you be it, in lieu of of the traditional "Fake it til you make it.". This mindset has always stuck with me because I think its important to back yourself even before you feel 100% ready. The power of a positive mindset can help you build the confidence you need to succeed in anything you do.
