Kia started out as a disability support worker at the tender age of 18 and moved into various coordination and leadership roles within disability and then aged care sectors.

For the past 6 years her focus has been on staff recruitment for a number of organisations as well as service delivery and assessments within the aged care sector.

More recently, Kia has been recruiting disability support workers and youth workers within the labour hire market and joined Tradewind in August 2020.

When she’s not working you can find her starting a new craft project or spending time with her family.
