What's your past work experience?

I progressed quickly within a specialist healthcare recruitment firm, advancing from Junior to Senior Recruitment Consultant while building strong expertise in client management, candidate delivery, and niche market hiring.

I then moved into business development, driving growth across multiple sectors including serviced accommodation (B2B), personal security solutions (B2C), and business coaching (B2C), demonstrating versatility across both client types and industries.

I took a planned career break to travel before returning to a high-performing sales environment, where I continue to deliver strong commercial results and build lasting client relationships.

Tell us about yourself...

I'm an avid reader and writer, with a particular focus on fantasy/sci-fi fiction. I love playing and watching American Football, and I follow the Seattle Seahawks in the NFL. I played the Cornerback position at University. Travel and the outdoors are also huge interests of mine, and I've completed two long-term solo travelling trips across Central America and South East Asia when I was 19, and 26-27.

What's the best piece of advice you've ever been given?

The CEO at Projectus Consulting once said to me - "Just get 1% better every day, and you can call each day a success."
