We are presently working with an organisation that provides a range of services to women experiencing crisis and risk of homelessness and the CEO is seeking an experienced Administration Assist to join them for approximately 2 months.
Located in Footscray and working 4 days per week in their corporate offices, the Administration Assistant will be responsible for:
- Telephone and email management and responses
- Reviewing, scanning and filing confidential documents
- Diary management
- Other duties as required
To be considered, you will be available immediately and will have ideally worked for a purpose-driven organisation that works with community members with complex needs. This position is subject to National Police Clearance.
