Job Description
Utlise your exprience as an aged care home care packages case manager in roles based in the western suburbs of Melbourne. Our clients, reputable not for profit organisations are looking for experienced HCP case managers to join their team. Managing 30 to 50 clients and paying between $40 to $55 p/h based on experience, these permanent roles are a great opportunity to create a long term career path. To be successful you will:
- Hold appropriate tertiary qualifications
- Be an experienced HCP case manager
- Have current police check and WWCC
- Possess a current full Victorian licence
- Be willing to work from the office and travel to clients for in home visits.
