We are currently recruiting for a Manager of a specialist Intake and Assessment team supporting victim-survivors of domestic and family violence via information and referrals, crisis response, specialist risk assessment, safety planning and supported crisis accommodation. You will be responsible for team leadership and support, service management, and continuous quality improvement, working closely with a co-Manager.
You must have:
A tertiary qualification in Social Work or related discipline
Demonstrated experience in team leadership or management
Direct practice experience with clients in a family violence service, providing risk assessments, safety planning and crisis support
Expert experience in relevant legislation, theories, and frameworks pertaining to Family Violence in Victoria, including MARAM
Flexibility to work across a 24/7 roster for on call and after hours needs
You will also have or be willing to obtain a Victorian Drivers Licence, Police Check, a Working with Children's Check, and be able to provide 2 professional referees.
