Our client has a substantial growth plan and as a result, are looking for a Growth and Engagement Officer to support their potential in the Mental Health support space.
Supporting individuals to recover from the impacts of complex Mental Health conditions, the services include a housing program, social enterprise opportunities ecompassing employment opportunities and a Clubhouse program alongside NDIS support services including Support Coordination, Specialist Supports and Recovery Coach Supports.
Your opportunity:
Reporting to the director, you will assist in targeted campaigns for promotion, cross sector engagement and be integral to the professional development of the staff across all four service streams. Experience in a Business Development capacity both internal and external will be highly regarded and well suited to this specific role. As a solutions focussed person with a positive can do attitude, you will support and champion the growth of this long standing organisation.
Requirements:
Ability to promote/ liaise with organisations/community to attract new consumers
Ability to develop and coordinate delivery of a promotional campaign
Ability to interpret change aligned to different consumer groups/programs
Ability to translate policy development/changes into service responses
Understand the challenges which support program growth
Possess ability to research, develop and model skills based training for service delivery staff
Be able to contribute to research and development of programs and grant applications
