We are currently looking for experienced Leasing Consultants, with experience in either the community services sector or commercial real estate sector, based across Melbourne's East and South for an exciting new opportunity.
You will be responsible for securing leases for properties under the organisation for clients who are homeless or at risk of homelessness and in crisis, or transitioning to long-term housing. If you're successful in the role and see it to completion you could be eligible for a bonus.
You will:
Assess housing applications
Source and secure head leases of properties for the private market
Establish and maintain effective relationships with key support services and stakeholders
Prepare property for incoming clients including white good being ordered and fitted
Prepare entry and exit reports
Manage property inspections
You MUST have:
A qualification in Social Work, a relevant Health Science degree OR Real Estate
Competency in Chintaro, Microsoft programs especially Excel or other Case Management software - highly desirable
Demonstrated knowledge and ability to respond to a KPI driven sales role
Demonstrated understanding of the housing sector, the VCAT system and the Residential Tenancy Act
A valid and current Victorian driver's licence
Highly Regarded:
Agents Representative Certificate
You will also have or be willing to undergo a Working with Children Check and a Police Check.
