About the Role
You'll lead a portfolio of coordination services across multiple funding streams, ensuring high-quality, seamless support for people navigating complex systems.
This role is hands-on and strategic-you'll guide teams, drive performance, and maintain a small caseload to stay connected to frontline service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage multidisciplinary teams across coordination programs
- Drive service quality, performance, and continuous improvement
- Maintain a small client load and model best-practice care
- Oversee financial, operational, and contractual outcomes
- Identify growth opportunities and support program expansion
- Build strong partnerships across health, community, and government sectors
- Ensure compliance, governance, and data integrity
- Contribute to research, innovation, and evidence-based practice
About You
- Degree in Social Work or related health discipline
- 5+ years' experience working with complex mental health
- Proven leadership experience managing clinical or service teams
- Strong program management and operational skills
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication abilities
- Commercial awareness with a focus on sustainability and impact
Highly regarded:
- AASW membership and/or accredited supervisor status
- Experience across NDIS or primary mental health programs
