About the Role

You'll lead a portfolio of coordination services across multiple funding streams, ensuring high-quality, seamless support for people navigating complex systems.

This role is hands-on and strategic-you'll guide teams, drive performance, and maintain a small caseload to stay connected to frontline service delivery.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage multidisciplinary teams across coordination programs
  • Drive service quality, performance, and continuous improvement
  • Maintain a small client load and model best-practice care
  • Oversee financial, operational, and contractual outcomes
  • Identify growth opportunities and support program expansion
  • Build strong partnerships across health, community, and government sectors
  • Ensure compliance, governance, and data integrity
  • Contribute to research, innovation, and evidence-based practice

About You

  • Degree in Social Work or related health discipline
  • 5+ years' experience working with complex mental health
  • Proven leadership experience managing clinical or service teams
  • Strong program management and operational skills
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication abilities
  • Commercial awareness with a focus on sustainability and impact

Highly regarded:

  • AASW membership and/or accredited supervisor status
  • Experience across NDIS or primary mental health programs
