About the Role
An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced Safety, Risk & Compliance Manager to join in a stand-alone, leadership role reporting directly to the Principal.
This position will see you take full ownership of the College's safety, risk and compliance function across two campuses, while also contributing to the development and planning of a future campus.
You will work closely with leadership and operational teams, providing expert advice and ensuring robust frameworks are in place to support staff, students and the broader school community.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the implementation and continuous improvement of risk and compliance frameworks
- Oversee and manage OHS systems, policies and procedures
- Provide advice to leadership on risk management, safety and regulatory requirements
- Ensure compliance with governing body policies and relevant legislation
- Support operational activities including excursions and risk assessments
- Participate in key committees including operations and school-based groups
- Contribute to planning and compliance for the new campus development (opening 2028)
Skills & Experience
- Demonstrated experience in risk, compliance and/or OHS roles
- Experience within a school or education setting highly regarded
- Alternatively, experience in a similar complex environment with transferable skills
- Ability to operate effectively in a stand-alone role, influencing stakeholders
- Strong understanding of governance, policy and regulatory requirements
- Relevant OHS qualifications (or willingness to obtain)
