Job Description
We are currently recruiting for Psychologist/Social Workers in the Port Phillip and Stonnington areas
You will provide counselling and individually tailored interventions to older adult residents living in residential aged care facilities (RACFs) who are experiencing mild to moderate Mental Health concerns. You will provide structured clinical supervision and guidance to students undertaking placement with the program.
Key duties:
- Complete comprehensive holistic assessments to help inform individualized strategies and interventions.
- Provide ongoing assessment and monitoring of the wellness and safety of residents.
- Maintain accurate program records and statistics and comply with all administrative quality and compliance requirements and tasks.
- Undertake student selection (with peers), orientate and oversee the monitoring of the student performance.
