Have you worked within The Orange Door and want to stay connected to upcoming opportunities?
We're currently inviting Expressions of Interest from experienced Orange Door Practitioners who may be open to contract or temporary roles in the future. While we don't have immediate vacancies, we anticipate opportunities becoming available over the coming months and are keen to connect with strong candidates early.
This is a great way to stay on our radar for flexible, meaningful work as roles arise across the sector.
π Potential Opportunities May Include
- 0.8 EFT to Full-Time hours
- Short-term contract opportunities
- Remote / Work From Home options (depending on role)
- Competitive hourly rates (aligned with experience)
π©βπΌπ¨βπΌ What We're Looking For
To be considered for future roles, you'll ideally have:
- A minimum of 12 months' experience working within The Orange Door
(across Family Violence, Child Wellbeing, or AUFV streams) - Strong knowledge of The Orange Door framework, systems, and processes
- Experience in risk assessment, safety planning, and referral pathways
- Ability to work both independently and within multidisciplinary teams
- Confidence managing a fast-paced caseload
