A tenacious individual dedicated to success.Hailing from Yorkshire, England, I came to Australia November 2018. Finally made the move down to Melbourne in 2021 and jumped at the chance to get back involved in recruitment. Tradewind is the perfect fit for me, sharing values which I hold close to my heart and creating an autonomous environment really encouraging hard work, personal reflection, development and success. I have been working at Tradewind since June of 2021 on the Permanent Education recruitment desk. I focus on permanent ongoing, temporary/contract and retained recruitment. This includes outsourcing the entire recruitment process, from advertising, headhunting, reviewing applications, phone screening, interviewing, vetting and handling compliance. A key part of my role is to understand what the client wants in an educator and deliver someone who fits that specific criteria. I believe it is important to match candidates to roles where they are going to positively make an impact and build effective relationships with peers and students. I love to play football (not soccer) and love music and beer!
