With my 4+ years of experience in the community services sector, I'm all about supporting the industry, its staff, and, of course, the most vulnerable members of our community.
Do you have any stories from your time working at Tradewind?
I've worn so many hats at Tradewind, I'm basically a human coat rack. I started out as the Compliance Team Leader, then moved on to Recruitment Consultant, and now I'm the IT Manager.

How do you stay ahead of the curve?
I am deeply committed to fostering innovation within my team, recognising it as a crucial driver of our success. This dedication ensures that we never become complacent, constantly seeking fresh ideas to enhance our systems and processes.
What are your favourite hobbies / passions outside of work?
Outside of work, I spend a lot of time in the yoga studio deepening my practice on the mat and in aerial silks.
