​Moving 17,000km away from home and starting my first job in an office was quite scary. However, I soon realised that Tradewind was my home away from home. I have continually learnt and developed fundamental skills throughout my time here whilst creating and building great relationships along the way. I am so lucky I get the opportunity to work across the entire education team which allows me to build those relationships with candidates and clients across all across Melbourne (even though my Irish accent can be difficult to understand sometimes).
