General Manager of Education
Tell us about your role.
As General Manager, it is my role to ensure the continual growth of the Education team. I oversee the Team Leaders in the day-to-day operations whilst personally focusing on the future growth opportunities for Tradewind. A large part of this is liaising with external stakeholders such as the VIT, DET, various state government departments and overseas organisations.
Tell us about your career to date.
Prior to Tradewind, I've had significant experience in Senior Retail Management and a stint in Construction. Since joining Tradewind, I have worked across all areas. From starting in Business Development in the South and the North teams, to establishing and building the SDS desk, to Team Leader of the West team. Now I am the General Manager of the Education Department.
How do you stay ahead of the curve?
In this day and age, there is an unlimited amount of data at my disposal. Knowing how to utilise it efficiently though, is the key. Being able to identify trends and make projections has ensured that we have had continual growth, year on year, since day one.

What are your favourite hobbies / passions outside of work?
If I don't have a laptop in front of me, I've either got a drill or a cricket ball in my hands. Between home reno's or sport with the kids, there's never a quiet moment.
