Tradewind is proud to be supporting the recruitment of Orange Door Hub Practitioners to join the team onsite in Wodonga.

As a Hub Practitioner, you'll be part of the Orange Door (Support and Safety Hub), delivering culturally safe, client-centred responses to individuals and families seeking support. This role will focus on supporting Aboriginal children, families, and communities, while also contributing to the broader work of the Hub.

๐ŸŒฑ About You:

We're looking for someone who is passionate about strengthening families and communities and can bring:

  • Relevant qualifications (minimum Diploma) in community services, social work, or related field

  • Experience in family services, child protection, family violence, or community services (minimum 1 year)

  • Strong understanding of the needs and experiences of Aboriginal children, families, and communities

  • Ability to provide trauma-informed, culturally responsive support
