About the Opportunities
Team Leader (Leadership Role)
Provide cultural and operational leadership to a small team responding to family violence
Guide service delivery, embed culturally safe practice, and support your team to walk alongside Aboriginal families with care and respect
Practitioner - Intake & Assessment
Be the first point of contact for individuals and families seeking support
Complete intake and assessment, offer short-term safety planning and referrals
Ensure every response is culturally informed and trauma-aware
We're also open to hearing from Aboriginal practitioners and leaders interested in other upcoming opportunities in VIC and NT.

What You'll Bring
Identify as Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander
Experience in family violence, child and family services, or similar community roles
Deep cultural knowledge, trauma-informed approach, and commitment to healing
Confidence working with multidisciplinary teams and systems
Relevant qualification or equivalent lived/professional experience
