Are you an Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander practitioner or leader ready for your next opportunity?

About the Opportunities

Team Leader (Leadership Role)

  • Provide cultural and operational leadership to a small team responding to family violence

  • Guide service delivery, embed culturally safe practice, and support your team to walk alongside Aboriginal families with care and respect

Practitioner - Intake & Assessment

  • Be the first point of contact for individuals and families seeking support

  • Complete intake and assessment, offer short-term safety planning and referrals

  • Ensure every response is culturally informed and trauma-aware

We're also open to hearing from Aboriginal practitioners and leaders interested in other upcoming opportunities in VIC and NT.

What You'll Bring

  • Identify as Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander

  • Experience in family violence, child and family services, or similar community roles

  • Deep cultural knowledge, trauma-informed approach, and commitment to healing

  • Confidence working with multidisciplinary teams and systems

  • Relevant qualification or equivalent lived/professional experience
