The ideal candidate will have:
- Tertiary qualifications in Social Work, Community Services or related field
- Previous experience in a case management role
- Previous experience with community packages and/or aged care nursing
- Hold a right to work in Australia
- Valid driver's licence
You will also be willing to undergo police and Working with Children Checks, as well as providing 2 recent managerial references.
