Job Description
Our client is a growing international school in Phnom Penh, Cambodia offering the IB curriculum across the junior (Primary Years Program - PYP) and middle school (Middle Years Program - MYP) This K to 12 school will be entering into their fifth year of operation from August 2020 offering small classes and with just 200 kids on the roll.
Tradewind Australia is currently assisting with the recruitment of teachers across the middle and secondary years looking for suitable candidates to fill the following vacancies
- PYP/MYP - Music Teacher
- PYP/MYP - Art Teacher
- PYP EAL Teacher
- MYP EAL Teacher
Contracts for two years are to be offered to successful candidates. To be considered you must meet the following
Qualification - B.Ed/M.Ed/BA + Dip Teaching/PGCE
Experience - minimum three years full time
Desirable - exposure to the IB PYP and IB MYP curriculum. Enjoy the challenge of working in a growing school in a developing country
Package
A salary of between $35-60KUSD ($59 to $98KAUD) is to be offered depending on qualifications and experience. A non salary package of furnished accommodation, flights, medical cover, ongoing professional development and visa costs are to be offered. Tuition is also available for up to two children.
