Business Development Manager

Salary - $120k + Super

Why work with Client Organisation?
The organisation is established across Victoria, Queensland and New South Wales. They are looking for an experienced Business Development manager to join their NSW operations across the NDIS and Aged Care space.


Key duties:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research, networking, and strategic partnerships.
  • Report to management pipeline progress and get pricing approved
  • Be responsible for sales pipeline, account plan development and budget/goal management

Skills & Experience:

  • Proven experience (5+ years) in an Business Development/Operations Management role
  • Experience working in Disability and/or Aged Care
  • Strong working knowledge of industry regulations and legislative frameworks
  • Strong leadership ability with experience coaching, mentoring and inspiring teams
  • Commercial Acumen and financial management experience

You will also have or be willing to undergo a police check and NDIS workers check.

Desired Skills & Experience:

  • Demonstrate an ability to be able to work with clients with complex behaviours.
  • Extensive knowledge of Supporting Independent Living (SIL).
  • Problem Solving Skills
