Tradewind Australia is proudly partnering with a respected provider to find a passionate and experienced Centre Director to lead their 120+ place service in Geelong. About the Role:
- Oversee daily operations, compliance, and financial performance
- Inspire and mentor a passionate team of educators
- Build meaningful relationships with families and the wider community
- Champion a safe, inclusive, and high-quality learning environment
What We're Looking For:
- Diploma or Bachelor's in Early Childhood Education (ACECQA approved)
- 5+ years in a Centre Director or similar leadership role
- Excellent knowledge of the NQS, EYLF, and regulatory standards
- Strong communication, organisation, and team leadership skills
- Current VIC WWCC, First Aid, CPR, Asthma & Anaphylaxis
