We are working with a well respected and nationally recognised Not for Profit organisation whose ethos is built on Christian values and are dedicated to serving the local communities with a great range of services.
We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Clinical Care Coordinator to join their friendly and supportive team at a smaller sized facility, based in the Rockhampton Region of the Central Queensland Coast. This role would be ideal for someone who has the clinical experience and is ready to upskill into the role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Clinical care of residents
- Management of Care staff
- Assisting with developing, managing and evaluating facility performance
- Ensuring statutory regulations, policies, standards and procedures are maintained and complied with
Prerequisites required for the role:
- AHPRA Registered Nurse Division 1
- Strong management and leadership skills
- Experience in a similar role in an aged care setting
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience in a similar role in an aged care setting
- Excellent ACFI knowledge and experience
- Demonstrated understanding of client, family and community needs
- Minimum of 4 years experience as a clinical Registered Nurse
