About the role:
- Lead and support a team of 10
- Provide stability and calm leadership to a team that has experienced recent change.
- Work alongside participants to deliver high-quality, recovery-focused support.
- Adapt to existing processes and contribute positively to a strong and supportive culture.
- Be involved in creative and community-building events, such as their poetry contest and annual dog walk (attracting 100-150 people).
Essential for the position:
- Tertiary qualifications in Social Work, Community Services or similar
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a management or leadership role
- Current driver's licence with capacity for regular travel
- A people-focused leader with a calm, steady approach.
- Someone who values continuity, stability, and relationship-building.
- Australian Work Rights & hold a Working with Vulnerable People Check & current Police Check
