About the Role:

The organisation we are representing is looking for a Daily Organiser & Timetabler who will assist with daily organiser responsibilities, payroll and timetable responsibilities. The role is a permanent full time opportunity, looking for an immediate start.

  • 6:30am-2pm working hours

Key duties:

  • Recording and reporting staff leave to payroll
  • Construct, maintain and publish the timetable
  • Manage staff and class covers and distributing timetable and rosters
  • General administrative duties and support where required

Skills & Experience:

  • Previous experience in a school environment
  • Strong administrative skills
  • Understanding of Edval and Edumate software
  • Ability to work 6:30-2pm during school terms

Desired Skills & Experience:

  • Ability to manage multiple deadlines
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Problem Solving Skills

You will also have or be willing to undergo a Working with Children Check and a Police Check.
