About the Role:
The organisation we are representing is looking for a Daily Organiser & Timetabler who will assist with daily organiser responsibilities, payroll and timetable responsibilities. The role is a permanent full time opportunity, looking for an immediate start.

Benefits:

- 6:30am-2pm working hours
Key duties:
- Recording and reporting staff leave to payroll
- Construct, maintain and publish the timetable
- Manage staff and class covers and distributing timetable and rosters
- General administrative duties and support where required
Skills & Experience:
- Previous experience in a school environment
- Strong administrative skills
- Understanding of Edval and Edumate software
- Ability to work 6:30-2pm during school terms
Desired Skills & Experience:
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Problem Solving Skills
You will also have or be willing to undergo a Working with Children Check and a Police Check.
