Job Summary: Tradewind are working with an Early Learning Centre in Fitzroy who are on the lookout for an experienced Full Time Diploma Qualified Early Childhood Educator.

  • $70,000 plus 11.5% Super
  • Rotating roster, 8hour shifts, with 1 RDO per month

Tradewind Australia is excited to partner with a beautiful Early Learning Centre in Fitzroy, Melbourne, in the search for a passionate Diploma-qualified Early Childhood Educator. This is a permanent full-time position offering an amazing opportunity to join a supportive and values-driven team.

About the Role:
As a Diploma Educator, you'll play a key role in delivering high-quality care and educational programs for children aged 0-5 years. Working alongside a collaborative team of educators and leadership, you'll help create nurturing, engaging, and inclusive learning environments that support each child's development and wellbeing.

What We're Looking For:

  • Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care (or ACECQA-approved equivalent - fully qualifed)
  • Strong understanding of the EYLF, NQS, and the National Quality Framework
  • Proven experience as an Educator in an Australian based Early Learning Centre
  • Passion for working with children and supporting their growth, wellbeing and development
  • Excellent teamwork, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to engage and communicate openly with parents and carers, providing genuine support and meaningful updates on their child's development
  • Commitment to professional growth and continuous improvement
  • Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma & Anaphylaxis certifications (HLTAID012), WWCC and Police Check
  • Current Mandatory Reporting for the Early Years Certificate
