ECEI (Early Childhood Early Interverntion) Community Capacity Building and Engagement Coordinator

The Role

As an ECEI Capacity Building and Engagement Coordinator you will:

  • Be responsible for the development and implementation of the Community Capacity Building (CCB) Plan, focusing predominantly on particular service areas but also working across service areas as required
  • Create awareness of the program and educate the community on the importance of early intervention
  • Approach and contact the community organisations, make appointments to make and deliver the presentations
  • Build the capacity of educators and early childhood workers to identify developmental delays and to educate around the NDIS and the program is and what they can offer

Skills & Experience

We are seeking a confident early childhood specialist who is looking for a change from the classroom, using their skills to deliver presentations to the community and stake holders about the importance of Early Childhood Early Intervention and the NDIS programs.

  • Bacherlors or Teachers Diploma
  • Worked for at least 5 years in the Early Childhood sector
  • Previous experience working with children ages 0-6
  • Good presentation and communication skills
  • Confident in delivering presentations
