Rate - $217p.d + super

About the role:
Join our team as a Teacher's Assistant to work at a Special Development School in and around Coburg. We will match your skills, preferences, and availability to the schools we work with to ensure you enjoy the shifts we offer you.
Key duties:
· Assist teachers in providing a safe and stimulating learning environment
· Ensure a continuation of learning for students in the absence of their usual education support.
· Develop a stimulating learning environment by using a variety of styles and approaches to cater for individual learning needs.
Skills & Experience:
· Completed a relevant Qualification in Education - must be a certificate III or higher.
· Ability to provide contact details for two education-based references from within the last 5 years (student teacher mentors are acceptable)
· Ability to work with students with a range of support needs.
· You MUST be willing to work within special development schools.
Desired Skills & Experience:
· Adaptable to changing work environments.
· Experience working with Children with special needs.
