EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT
Part-time | 3-4 days per week
$55/hr + Super

Are you an organised and professional Executive Assistant looking for your next opportunity? This part-time role offers the chance to support a CEO within a values-driven community organisation.
The Role
Working closely with the CEO, you will provide high-level executive support across diary management, travel bookings, meeting coordination and correspondence. This position is offered on a 3-month initial basis at 0.6 FTE (7.5 hours per day), with regular working days set as Monday, Thursday, and Friday from 8:30am-4:30pm.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the CEO's calendar, appointments, correspondence and travel arrangements
- Filter and prioritise meeting requests and calls using sound judgement
- Coordinate staff, visitors, organisational activities, and meetings
- Provide ad-hoc support to the CEO as directed
- Cover reception for breaks (morning, afternoon, and lunch) and full reception on Fridays
About You
- Previous experience supporting senior executives or C-suite leaders
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels
- Adaptable, professional and able to exercise discretion with sensitive information
- Confident in managing competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
