As part of the CEO Office Division, an exciting and newly created position has become available as the Executive Manager - Out of Home Care Services.
The already established Out of Home Care Services Division looks after children and young people when a family needs support and there is significant risk of harm or abuse in the family home.
The Executive Manager is responsible and accountable for Out of Home Care Services in:
- Foster Care
- Kinship Care
- Residential Care
- Other placement configurations
The Executive Manager is critical in leading:
- Program Management
- Clinical Governance
- Quality Assurance and Continuous Quality Improvement
- Learning and Development
This position is located in Warrnambool with some travel across the region and would suit an experienced Out of Home Care Manager with Social Work (or similar) qualifications.
Essential skills and experience include developing meaningful relationship management with the DHHS, developing and implementing systems, being advantaged thinking and able to form strong teams and culture.
