Tradewind is proud to partner with VACCA Melton in seeking two Family Violence Case Workers for maternity leave cover.
๐น About the Role:
In this role, you'll provide advocacy, referrals, and support to Aboriginal women and their children experiencing family violence. The Family Violence program offers a range of support options, including short, medium, and long-term casework. You'll manage a caseload of 10 families and work both onsite at the Melton office and through outreach as needed.
๐น What We're Looking For:
โ Experience in family violence casework or related fields
โ Understanding of MARAM framework (or willingness to complete MARAM training)
โ Strong advocacy, referral, and support skills
โ Ability to manage a caseload and work independently
โ Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
๐น What's on Offer:
โจ SCHADS Level 4 salary ($53 - $57 per hour) depending on experience
โจ Full-time locum position for approximately 3-4 months
โจ Opportunity to start ASAP
โจ Work from the Melton office with outreach as required
