๐ Family Violence Intake & Assessment Practitioners - Casual & Locum Roles
Location: North Melbourne (Onsite Only)
Pay Rate: SCHADS Level 5 - $61.60 to $64.30 per hour (depending on experience)
Hours: Between 9am - 9pm, flexible part-time or full-time options available
Contract: Until EOFY, with potential to extend or go permanent
Tradewind Australia is recruiting multiple Family Violence Practitioners to join a 24/7 Intake and Assessment team.
These roles are pivotal in delivering Victoria's around-the-clock crisis response phone service, supporting women and children experiencing domestic and family violence. You'll conduct crisis risk assessments, develop safety plans, and facilitate referrals-making a direct impact at a critical point in people's lives.

2x 0.6 EFT roles available
Part-time applications also welcome - we can work with your availability within 9am-9pm service hours
Based onsite in North Melbourne (no WFH flexibility)
Immediate start preferred
You must have:
A Bachelor-level qualification in Social Work, Psychology, or equivalent
MARAM training and experience conducting risk assessments
Must meet REQ209 under the Family Violence MARAM Framework (mandatory minimum qualifications)
Strong crisis response and trauma-informed practice capabilities
- Minimum 3 years previous experience working directly in family violence case management or intake and assessment
Availability to work onsite in North Melbourne
