Tradewind Australia, the leading recruitment partner in the social and community sectors dedicated to strengthening and developing workforces, is currently working in partnership with a leading crisis response service to those experiencing family violence.
We are appointing to the newly created position of Practice Leader which is a pivotal role in the continual development of the service.
This position is to work with staff who respond to front-line calls from those in crisis requiring fast paced decisions to ensure safety.
Responsibilities include implementing sector reforms, continual quality reviews, workforce development and training and being subject matter expertise across the organisation.
Located in Melbourne's CBD, this position is permanent full-time with a competitive package.
To be considered, you will hold qualifications in Social Work (or similar) and will have demonstrable experience working in family violence and crisis services at a leadership level.
