We are is seeking a passionate Aboriginal Identified Family Violence Practitioner to join the team in Bayswater.
This role is dedicated to strengthening cultural safety, supporting healthy family functioning, and improving the wellbeing of Aboriginal children, young people, and families. You'll work closely with Aboriginal families and communities to enhance safety from violence, promote healing, and build long-term resilience.

- Provide culturally safe and responsive family violence support
- Work alongside Aboriginal families and communities to strengthen resilience and stability
- Support children and young people to achieve positive outcomes
- Promote safety, healing, and connection to culture
๐ What We're Looking For
- Female applicant (Aboriginal Identified role)
- Ideally holding REC 209, or willingness to upskill from Diploma level with training and support provided
- Experience working with Aboriginal communities and understanding family violence impacts
- Strong cultural knowledge and ability to build respectful relationships
