๐ฐ Salary: SCHADS Level 4 | $88,000 - $94,000 + super + salary packaging
We are seeking a passionate Family Violence Outreach Case Manager to join the Northern Outreach Team.
This is a rewarding opportunity to provide specialist case management and advocacy to women and their children impacted by family violence.
๐ก About the Role
As a Family Violence Outreach Case Manager, you will:
โจ Support up to 14 women (and their children) with tailored case management.
โจ Provide intake, assessments, safety planning and exit planning.
โจ Advocate across housing, health, legal and community services.
โจ Work in a trauma-informed, culturally responsive, values-driven team.
๐ What We're Looking For
โ๏ธ Relevant Bachelor qualification in social work, community services, psychology or equivalent.
โ๏ธ OR meet the minimum mandatory requirements outlined in Recommendation 209 of the Royal Commission into Family Violence.
โ๏ธ Experience in family violence case management or a related sector.
โ๏ธ Strong knowledge of risk assessment, safety planning and housing pathways.
โ๏ธ Commitment to culturally safe and empowering practice.
โ๏ธ We are open to candidates with transferable skills from AOD, family services, homelessness, or housing case management backgrounds.
