Hub Practitioner (Part-Time | 0.5 FTE)

Tradewind is proud to be partnering with MDAS (Mallee District Aboriginal Services) to find a passionate and skilled Hub Practitioner to join the Swan Hill Orange Door team.
This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a collaborative, multidisciplinary team supporting women, children, families and individuals impacted by family violence and wellbeing concerns.
๐งญ About the Role:
As a Hub Practitioner, you'll be responsible for:
Identifying, assessing and prioritising risks and needs
Working in partnership with colleagues across different disciplines
Providing timely referrals and support to appropriate services
Promoting a safe and culturally responsive service environment

0.5 FTE
Week 1: 3 days
Week 2: 2 days

โ What You'll Need:
A Bachelor of Social Work or equivalent qualification (as per MARAM Requirement 209)
Minimum 12 months of relevant experience in family violence, child and family services, or related sectors
Strong assessment and risk management skills
A collaborative and trauma-informed approach
