Hub Practitioner (Part-Time | 0.5 FTE)
SCHADS Level 5 | $97k FTE + Super + Salary Packaging | Relocation Assistance Offered

Tradewind is proud to be supporting the Swan Hill Orange Door in the recruitment of a passionate and skilled Hub Practitioner to join the team in a part-time capacity.

This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a collaborative, multidisciplinary team supporting women, children, families and individuals experiencing family violence or facing wellbeing concerns.

๐Ÿงญ About the Role:
As a Hub Practitioner, you'll be responsible for:

  • Identifying, assessing and prioritising risks and needs

  • Working collaboratively across disciplines within the Orange Door network

  • Providing timely referrals and linking clients to the right supports

  • Promoting a safe, inclusive and culturally responsive service

0.5 FTE

  • Week 1: 3 days

  • Week 2: 2 days


๐Ÿ’ผ What's on Offer:

  • SCHADS Level 5 - $97,000 FTE + super + salary packaging

โœ… What You'll Need:

  • Bachelor of Social Work or equivalent (in line with MARAM Requirement 209)

  • At least 12 months' experience in family violence, child and family services, or related roles

  • Strong skills in risk assessment and case prioritisation

  • A collaborative and trauma-informed practice approach
