Location: Inner Northern Suburbs, Melbourne
Salary: SCHADS Level 4-5 (depending on experience) $88,101 - $105,000 + super + salary packaging
Hours: Ideally full-time | Permanent, ongoing
About the Role
We are recruiting for a Refuge Case Manager to join a high-security refuge supporting women and families experiencing family violence. This role is ideal for Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander women who want to make a real difference in community, providing culturally safe, trauma-informed care.
As a Refuge Case Manager, you will:
Provide case management and support to women and families impacted by family violence
Ensure refuge properties are safe, healing, and maintained in line with compliance standards
Work collaboratively with other practitioners to deliver programs and improve services
Respond to client needs and risk using a trauma-informed, MARAM-aligned framework
Coordinate with rostered and after-hours practitioners to ensure continuity of care

Key Requirements
๐ค Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander women are strongly encouraged to apply
๐ Must meet REQ 209 mandatory qualification standards
MARAM training (essential)
Previous family violence experience (ideally with an Aboriginal organisation)
Ideally available full-time
Strong case management skills and ability to work in a high-security setting
