๐ Family Violence Team Leader (Locum) | Wyndham
2-Month Locum with Potential to Extend or Go Permanent
We're seeking a strong and supportive Family Violence Team Leader for a 2-month full-time locum role based onsite in Wyndham. With recent leadership changes in the service, this role is vital in providing stability, oversight, and team support during a period of transition.
๐ธ About the Role:
Lead and support a dedicated team of 8 (approx. 3.8 FTE, including casuals)
Oversee daily operations across family violence support services
Contribute to and implement operational procedures
Carry a minimal caseload - just 1 complex client
Full-time onsite preferred (potential to consider 0.8 FTE)
Standard hours: 9am-5pm, with one late shift per week (11am-7pm or 12pm-8pm)
On-call approximately every 8 weeks (phone-only; no onsite attendance required)
๐ธ About You:
Confident and compassionate leader with MARAM training
Experience leading teams in a community or crisis setting
Refuge or residential experience highly regarded but not essential
Able to hit the ground running and bring calm, structured leadership
