We are seeking passionate and experienced Diploma Qualified Early Childhood Educators to join a supportive, high-performing team committed to delivering excellence in early education and care.
In this pivotal role, you will lead the way in creating rich, engaging learning experiences for children in Babies and Toddler rooms. You'll plan, implement and evaluate developmentally appropriate programs that inspire curiosity, creativity and growth. You'll actively drive quality practices, work alongside fellow educators, and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement.

Key duties:
- Lead an integrated service delivery understanding, fostering a professional and creative learning environment.
- Maintain open communication, undertake additional duties as needed, and provide excellent service to internal and external users.
- Collaborate with the Coordinator and Senior Educator for performance discussions and comply with legislative requirements.
- Develop, implement, and evaluate educational programs based on the National Quality Framework, ensuring clear objectives and family discussions.
- Reflect on practice techniques, maintain inclusive environments, and establish effective partnerships with families and the community.
- Keep confidential records, respond to inquiries, and promote the centre professionally.
- Actively participate in the integrated team, ensuring compliance with policies, Child Safe Standards, and the Australian Early Childhood Association Code of Ethics.
Skills & Experience:
- Diploma in Children's services or equivalent in accordance with the Educational and Care Services National Regulations (2011)
- Proven experience in a previous permanent Diploma Educator role (excluding placement experience)
- Ability to work with all age groups (specifically children under age 3)
- Current Level 2 First Aid Certificate, CPR and Anaphylaxis and Asthma Management Certificate
- Current Mandatory Reporting for Early Years Certification
- Satisfactory Police and Working with Children checks
- Knowledge of National Regulations, NQF, VEYLD and EYLF, Child Safe Standards
