Job Description
An excellent opportunity awaits an experienced primary teacher to start the new academic year in this top tier international school on the Dubai/Sharjah borders, UAE by September 2020.
The role will see you teach a Grade 3 class of 20 pupils in this school of 800 pupils. You will be supported by a long serving team made up of the head of year, deputy primary head and head of primary. Students are a mix of local and expat children where a three-year contract is to be offered. The school is within a 45-minute commute to Central Dubai.
Selection Criteria
Experience - minimum two years full time experience post qualification
Qualifications - B.Ed Primary, M.Ed Primary only
Qualities - experience to an enquiry based curriculum is preferred. A candidate sensitive to work in an Arabic/ESL environment is an advantage. Team player who involves themselves in whole school community.
Package
In return, you will take home a monthly tax-free salary up to 17500AED a month ($7400AUD/$4800USD). Package also includes furnished accommodation, flights, end of contract gratuity, ongoing professional training, medical cover + visa. Tuition also offered for up to three children.
