Job Summary:
Lead strategic wellbeing initiatives with a focus on mental health and psychological safety.
Drive the delivery of a mentally healthy workplace strategy across the organisation.
Support a positive workplace culture through effective wellbeing programs.
About the Role:
An exciting opportunity for an experienced Health and Wellbeing professional to champion organisational wellbeing. This role is key in implementing initiatives that support mental, physical, and emotional health, with a strong emphasis on psychosocial risk management. You'll work across teams across the council to embed wellbeing into everyday culture and practice.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver and manage wellbeing strategies, policies, and training.
Advise leaders on psychosocial matters and support risk assessment processes.
Monitor wellbeing data and provide insights for continuous improvement.
Partner with internal stakeholders and external providers to enhance program impact.
About You:
Degree in Psychology or related field
4-8 years in psychological health, injury management, or related areas.
Strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder engagement skills.
