Job Summary:

  • Lead strategic wellbeing initiatives with a focus on mental health and psychological safety.

  • Drive the delivery of a mentally healthy workplace strategy across the organisation.

  • Support a positive workplace culture through effective wellbeing programs.

About the Role:
An exciting opportunity for an experienced Health and Wellbeing professional to champion organisational wellbeing. This role is key in implementing initiatives that support mental, physical, and emotional health, with a strong emphasis on psychosocial risk management. You'll work across teams across the council to embed wellbeing into everyday culture and practice.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver and manage wellbeing strategies, policies, and training.

  • Advise leaders on psychosocial matters and support risk assessment processes.

  • Monitor wellbeing data and provide insights for continuous improvement.

  • Partner with internal stakeholders and external providers to enhance program impact.

About You:

  • Degree in Psychology or related field

  • 4-8 years in psychological health, injury management, or related areas.

  • Strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder engagement skills.
