Job Description
The key focus of this role is the provision of assistance to clients who are homeless or at risk of homelessness to access safe, affordable, and stable accommodation and resources in the Rockhampton region.
A key outcome of your position is to assist in enabling clients to overcome barriers that have contributed to their homelessness or risk of homelessness.
Providing holistic support throughout all facets of the client journey from intake to exit, inlcuding a high standard of case management, advocacy, stakeholder engagement and support.

Varied shifts available (2pm-10pm, 6am-2pm, 4:30pm-12:30am, 8:30am-4:30pm), and a variety of rewarding roles in the Mens Hostel, and outreach team.
