We are currently working in partnership with a not-for-profit community organisation who specialise in supporting children & young people with autism.
We are looking for a Lead Clinician with experience of working with families to strengthen family participation in a child's development. As Lead Practitioner you will have the relevant understanding of treatment options to reduce dangerous or disruptive behaviours. This position is primarily clinical, with a leadership focus.
We are looking for candidates with around 5-7 years' clinical experience, with around 3 years' experience in a leadership role. We are looking for confident communicators and who can work closely with other clinical leaders across the organisations interdisciplinary services. You will have a proven track record of supporting staff in implementing family-centred practice, and knowledge of the Early Intervention sector. You will also have high level negotiation, conflict resolution and problem-solving skills.
