The Role

As Clinical Lead, you'll play a key role in driving high-quality, recovery-oriented mental health care for young people aged 12-25. You'll lead a multidisciplinary team, oversee clinical governance, mentor staff, and help shape innovative mental health interventions. What We're Looking For:

✔️ Registered Allied Health Professional - Social Work, Psychology, Mental Health Nursing, or Occupational Therapy
✔️ Proven leadership experience in clinical mental health settings
✔️ Strong background in risk assessment, case management & crisis intervention
✔️ Passion for youth mental health, holistic care & community-driven services
✔️ Experience in mentoring, supervision & developing clinical teams
