Tradewind is currently working in partnership with St John of God Bendigo Hospital which is a values-based progressive hospital offering a range of services both inpatient and community based and we have an opportunity to join them as the Learning and Development Coordinator.
The Learning and Development Coordinator is responsible for coordinating and contributing to the delivery, assessment and evaluation of Learning and Development programs and initiatives in accordance with the identified needs of caregivers and the organisation within their area of responsibility.

This is a permanent full-time position offering the opportunity to work Regionally for a highly regarded group of private hospitals with genuine opportunity for growth.
To be considered, you will meet the following criteria:
- Possession of a health related Tertiary degree
- Certificate IV in Training and Assessment
- Experience as an educator in a healthcare environment
- Extensive experience in training needs analysis and the delivery and evaluation of education programs.
