$34-$86 per hour (casual penalty rates)

We're seeking compassionate and reliable Support Workers to join our team on short-term locum contract. In this role, you'll play a vital part in helping individuals live with dignity, independence, and purpose.

Your role will include:

• Providing personal care, meal preparation, and household tasks
• Promoting safety, independence, and wellbeing
• Collaborating with other professionals to ensure holistic support
  
  What we're looking for:
• Certificate III or IV in Disability, Individual Support or equivalent experience
• Willingness and ability to work active nights and sleepovers
• Experience in high-intensity support (manual handling, dysphagia, behaviour support)
• Current First Aid, CPR, Blue Card/WWCC, and NDIS Worker Screening
• Reliable, flexible, and person-centred approach
