We are currently working in partnership with a large not for profit organisation that provides support to vulnerable individuals with complex needs in the areas of homelessness, disability, mental health and alcohol and drugs.
We are presently accepting applications to join them on an initial 3-year contract to manage Alcohol and Drug Treatment Services.
This pivotal role manages a number of residential and community-based treatment programs with a range of duties and responsibilities including:
- Program and operational management
- Budget and KPIs
- Managing 4 senior staff
- Quality and compliance coordination
- Chairing meetings
- Providing reflective practice sessions
- Connecting with sector stakeholders
- Working collaboratively across the organisation
- Minimal on-call
Emphasis will be on mentoring and accountability.
About you:
As an experienced Manager of AOD programs with exposure to the homeless sector, you will hold a minimum of a Diploma/Cert IV in AOD and have strong operational skills. It is essential you hold a Victorian Drivers Licence and have access to a vehicle as multi-site management is required.
