Tradewind is currently working in partnership with a leading state-wide organisation with a long history of supporting older Australians with a range of support programs and services and we are presently seeking a Manager of Home Care Packages.
Located in the Eastern suburbs close to major road links, the Manager of Home Care Packages provides overall strategic growth and operational management of a large team working across the Outer East to assist older Australians to remain living independently in their own homes through support provisions.
With a focus on continual growth and development whilst managing the team and program, duties and responsibilities include:

- Service Delivery
- Financial Management
- Staff Management
- Service Development
- Health and Safety
- Customer Service
To be considered for this position, you will hold relevant tertiary qualifications and have direct experience managing a Home Care Packages program including with demonstrable growth of the service.
