The Organisation
Eastern Community Legal Centre responds to the legal and related needs of the communities across Melbourne's east, with a focus on those most vulnerable. Professional and innovative services are delivered from three offices and numerous outreach locations.
The Role
The Manager - Quality and Evaluation will work independently and in collaboration with both internal and external stakeholders to embed a program of organisation-wide improvement in data management, evaluation and reporting. The Manager - Quality and Evaluation will have extensive experience in project management and monitoring and evaluation, together with the capacity to drive change across an organisation.
Skills Required
You will hold relevant tertiary qualifications and be an analytical and improvement-oriented person with proven experience in program and process evaluation in a complex, multi-disciplinary environment.
Additionally, you will have:
- Proven leadership, management and group facilitation skills
- Exemplary interpersonal and written communication skills
- Familiarity with the community legal assistance sector
- Familiarity with funding and ethics applications and processes.
